Present position: Head of Climate Section, National Meteorological Administration, Bucharest, Romania.

  Collaboration in developing Implementation Plan for the project Small Pelagic Fishes and Climatic Change (SPACC), in the framework of Global Ocean-Ecosystem Dynamics (a core programme of the International Geosphere/Biosphere Programme) (1995) and Science Plan for the EuroGLOBEC (1997).
